QueuePilot workforce management
QueuePilot gives contact center teams better forecasting, adherence visibility, and intraday action without replacing their CCaaS platform.
Work directly with the QueuePilot team to fit the product to real WFM workflows.
Give analysts, supervisors, and leaders one shared source of truth for staffing risk.
Forecasting, adherence, coverage gaps, or intraday recommendations can be rolled out in phases.
QueuePilot is preparing for early access with direct onboarding rather than a self-service price card. Contact centers vary widely in agent count, queue structure, data history, integration requirements, security review, and the workflows they need first. A direct scope review keeps early access aligned with the work the team actually wants to improve and avoids publishing a package that hides important implementation assumptions.
The starting conversation will cover team size, contact center platform, queues and channels, available interval history, the current forecasting and intraday process, and the result the team needs to prove. QueuePilot can then recommend a focused early-access path instead of asking the operation to adopt every capability at once.
Starter is intended for smaller teams proving the QueuePilot workflow with NICE CXone integration, core dashboards, adherence, basic Forecast Lab access, schedule requests, and a shorter history window. Pro is designed for active WFM teams that need advanced forecasting, staffing-gap analysis, Intraday Copilot, manager summaries, and deeper history. Enterprise is for multi-site, regulated, or custom-integration environments that require capabilities such as SSO, tailored retention, dedicated onboarding, and security review support.
Exact early-access pricing will be provided after the scope is understood. QueuePilot does not publish placeholder dollar amounts in page copy or structured data because they would misrepresent the planned onboarding process.
Early-access onboarding will be handled directly with the QueuePilot team. Teams can begin in demo mode, validate the operating workflow, and then connect supported production data when the scope and permissions are agreed. The objective is a measurable improvement in a defined WFM process, such as faster staffing-gap detection, clearer forecast explanations, or more consistent intraday decisions.
Not before public launch. Early-access pricing and onboarding will be scoped based on team size, integration needs, history, and the workflows being implemented.
