Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QueuePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use QueuePilot.
Description of Service
QueuePilot is a cloud-based workforce management platform providing forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, and analytics for contact center operations.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use QueuePilot for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of QueuePilot
- Interfere with or disrupt QueuePilot's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer any component of QueuePilot
- Upload malware or other harmful code
Intellectual Property
QueuePilot and its underlying technology are proprietary. You retain ownership of your data, but grant QueuePilot a license to use it solely to provide and improve the service.
Payment Terms (Paid Plans)
- All paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- No refunds for partial months
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

QueuePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or accuracy of forecasts.
Limitation of Liability
QueuePilot's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
