## Launch Beta Notes

- NICE CXone is the first live integration path.
- Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, Talkdesk, Zendesk/Zendesk Talk, and Aircall are planned next.
- Stripe/self-serve checkout is not required for launch. Paid beta contracts can be handled manually.
- QueuePilot does not automatically change schedules or staffing without human approval.
